A little oasis for a
different experience

The Hotel La Masieta has the warmth of a family establishment, carefully and tastefully decorated to be a special place to remember. A small, three-star hotel with character, located in a peaceful area in the municipal area of Creixell and occupying an old 18th century country house, fully restored in 1999. Its location allows you to enjoy the beach and all the tourist, leisure, and cultural attractions the Costa Daurada has to offer.

ROMANTIC NIGHT 😍
A very welcoming and peaceful place, and very close to home for us!!! Excellent value for money!!! We stayed in the attic… IMPRESSIVE!! Air-conditioned room with sloping ceiling (like a loft), bathroom, very large private terrace, very comfortable bed… total privacy. The common areas are really cosy, every corner is designed with the utmost taste and charm. The pool area with flowers and trees, very well looked after and extremely attractive. We loved it and felt very at home. The service was top quality and very friendly. We will be back soon 😉.

A LITTLE OASIS IN THE CENTRE OF CREIXELL
A charming and very well looked after place. Clean, with everything we needed, very comfortable rooms and in perfect condition. The garden is small but very pleasant, the pool is great for cooling-off in. The restaurant is also quite pleasant, the staff was very professional and friendly. The grilled dishes were lovely. We had a very relaxing stay and a great experience.

CHARMING HOTEL
Let me start by saying that we had already been here before, and that’s why we came back. It’s a very friendly place, you notice it as soon as you walk through the door. Going down the stairs, we found a really cute swimming pool where you can relax with an apéritif. The rooms are nicely decorated, combining different decades without garish finishes. What can I say about the food? I’m just speechless about the food and the service. Thank you for helping us to get away from the daily routine. Of course, we will be back next year, even if it’s just for a few days.

Creixell

Creixell has a beautiful and charming old town, well-preserved with architectural heritage features that are cultural assets of national interest. You shouldn’t miss out the castle, three medieval watchtowers and defence towers (Cal Cabaler, Cal Jeroni and Ca la Miquelina), the church of Sant Jaume and the modernist dome of the bell tower, the recently restored work by architect Jujol (friend and partner of Gaudí). The castle is private property and is not open to the public; Cal Cabaler and the church can be visited.

Tarragona

There is a lot to see and do in Tarragona. Its Roman past with its well conserved monuments from the Roman Empire allowed Tarragona to be declared a World Heritage Site in 2000 by UNESCO. Touring its buildings is a must for those visiting the city. As well as the Roman tour, a medieval tour and a modernist tour are also available. Whether strolling through the city, going for something to eat, shopping, or visiting El Serallo, the fisherman’s district, there are lots of delightful experiences to live and delve into this welcoming city full of history.

Barcelona

Barcelona offers visitors the chance to walk from the Roman ruins and the medieval city to the Catalan modernist districts, with their characteristic buildings, their square blocks with bevelled corners, tree-lined streets and wide avenues. Visiting the buildings designed by Gaudí, especially the Sagrada Familia, a walk along La Rambla, visiting the Barça stadium and shopping on Passeig de Gràcia are all musts if you want to discover the essence of the city.
